As I entered the property, I was greeted with a private entrance that led to a well-equipped kitchen featuring a microwave and oven, perfect for preparing home-cooked meals. the bathroom, complete with a shower and hairdryer, provided all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The comfortable sitting area and flat-screen TV allowed for relaxation after a day of exploring the nearby attractions. With towels provided and ironing facilities available, I felt right at home in this delightful cottage. From this centrally located cottage, I was able to easily visit the Baltic Centre for Contemporary Art and Sage Gateshead, both just 45 km away. the proximity to Ustinov College, only 12 km from the property, further increased the appeal of this accommodation.
